Replacement & Refund Policy
Fresh flower orders
- The cancellations of orders are NOT accepted.
- If any cancellation of order is done under the consent of Hahahaflorist, a 5% admin fee will be charged to the customer before refund.
Gift & Lifestyle items
If there is a legitimate reason for a refund request, such as damage. Exchange with receipt is allowed within 7 days (for the same item, and where still available) for products are:
- Damaged at the time of delivery
- Shipped in wrong item
To replace an item described above, you must retain the sales invoice and notify us by email at [email protected] WITHIN 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons for the exchange.
*Please note return product must be in original and completed packaging as sold.
*We will arrange cash refund if the replace items are out of stock.
*Masks are non-refundable item due to the hygiene concerns.

Classes
- The cancellations are NOT accepted but a replacement person is welcome to join to the class.
- The application of the certificate is NOT applicable if the replacement person is not completed for all lesson in same level.
