You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct before you confirm receipt of the order. We do not accept complaints and take responsibility for orders once confirmed.
Due to seasonal nature of flowers and some items might not be in stock, in such case, hahahaflorist reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability and we ensure that the items replaced will be of equivalent value or feature similar style as your select product. Friendly reminder that we may go ahead with a substitution without notifying you in order to prevent any delays.

Delivery to Kowloon: HK$160

Delivery Instruction
Standard delivery does not include the outlying Islands.
If you need to deliver to the above areas,
please contact our customer service via WhatsApp to 96643663,
there is an opportunity to charge additional delivery fees.
Same Day Fresh Flower Orders:
- Order payment before 2:00pm for same-day delivery.
Fresh Flower Orders:
- Delivery within the chosen schedule either 10-2pm or 2-6pm.
For specific time delivery arrangements, an extra fee of $100 will occur during checkout.
Gifts & Lifestyle Products:
- The product will be delivered by S.F. Express or self-pickup by customers at the shop.
- For self-pick up products at the shop, they will be kept for 90 days after product launch. The customer is requested to pick it up within 90 days after the product launch.
- Hahahaflorist Limited reserves the right to handle the product if it is not picked up within 90 days after product launch without prior notice to the customer.
Flower Subscription Orders:
- Delivery within the chosen schedule during checkout.
Reschedule 48 hours before the delivery date.
